Promoting mental health recovery by offering weekly running sessions, meeting at the carpark at The Mount at 10am on Sundays and 7pm on Mondays. Sponsored and led by The NEW YOU Healing Centre. Encouraging anyone with poor mental health to join us and speed up your recovery through excercise, fresh air and feeling a sense of achievement.
