A Space to Talk Mental Health Peer Support Evenings
A place where you can feel accepted for being you, can be yourself and experience the support and relief to be able to talk freely and openly without feeling judged when talking about all those difficulties and struggles in your life.
With opportunities to learn and talk about coping strategies, tips and new ways of moving forward towards well being.
Talking about your own difficulties and struggles and listening to others going through similar can be very therapeutic, or just simply welcome to listen and talk whenever you feel ready to.
Every second Thursday evening 6pm - 8pm
