A Space to Talk - Mental Health Support Evenings
A place where you can feel comfortable to talk freely about those struggles and difficulties affecting your mental health, and experience support and relief within a safe and caring place.
Talking about any pressures, worries and painful times past or present, can often be therapeutic, to be able to talk about coping and talk about ways of managing and moving forward to well being.
Talking can often help bring relief, a sense of freedom and clarity for the way ahead.
'Talking is often the First Step to Recovery'
Every second Thursday evening 6pm - 8pm
If you or someone you know would like to come along on any future evenings, to contact;
