A place where you can be yourself and experience the support and relief to be able to talk freely and openly about all those difficulties and struggles in your life.
With opportunities to learn about coping strategies, tips and new ways of moving forward towards wellbeing and recovery.
Talking about your own difficulties and struggles and listening to others going through similar can be very therapeutic.
