Five steps to wellbeing is a group aimed at adults in the Atherton and surrounding areas. In the group we will be learning about steps that we can take to improve own wellbeing and help us to lead happier, healthier lifestyles. If you have been suffering with low mood, anxiety or you are feeling lonely and would like to get out and meet other people, then this group is perfect for you.
